Katie is a project coordinator with almost 20 years of experience working in the industry of property management. With NSW, Katie is responsible for assisting in the coordination of many of the capital improvement projects and collaborating resources between the vendors and our management groups. Katie brings humor and positivity into the workplace and uses her organizational skills and tireless energy to work hard and help the NSW team succeed.

Project Manager

Catherine collaborates with NSW’s Growth Team to provide all financial reporting in addition to optimizing and managing acquisition and development opportunities, identifying emerging trends, and conducting in-depth research into property investments. Catherine attended Brigham Young University (“Go Cougs!”) and in her spare time enjoys adventures with her husband and three daughters.

Elena Eastwood
Controller

Elena is the Controller for the NSW Corporation, bringing over 20 years of accounting experience with an emphasis on real estate and property management. A CPA with a diverse background in private industry, public accounting, and the nonprofit sector, she provides expert advice, professionalism, and peace of mind. Overseeing Accounting, HR, and IT, Elena plays a key role in optimizing financial operations and supporting organizational success.

A graduate of Portland State University, Elena is dedicated to strategic financial management and continuous growth. In her spare time, she is a member of a local folk dance team and enjoys gardening, traveling, and cooking.
