Katie is a project coordinator with almost 20 years of experience working in the industry of property management. With NSW, Katie is responsible for assisting in the coordination of many of the capital improvement projects and collaborating resources between the vendors and our management groups. Katie brings humor and positivity into the workplace and uses her organizational skills and tireless energy to work hard and help the NSW team succeed. Katie is inspired daily by her loving partner and family. In her free time, Katie likes to ski, golf, lifeguard and prepare delicious meals for friends & loved ones.
Catherine Walker
Project Manager
Catherine collaborates with NSW’s Growth Team to provide all financial reporting in addition to optimizing and managing acquisition and development opportunities, identifying emerging trends, and conducting in-depth research into property investments. Catherine attended Brigham Young University (“Go Cougs!”) and in her spare time enjoys adventures with her husband and three daughters.
